Cancellation & Refunds Policy

First-time subscribers

LifeMed practices a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy for all first-time subscribers. If you are a first-time subscriber and changed your mind about being subscribed with us within the first thirty (30) days of your subscription term, please email us your request to cancel your subscription. We will fully refund the payment made by you for the cancelled subscription, with no questions asked.

Existing subscribers

Your subscription may be renewed either automatically or manually, depending on your method of payment. If you change your mind about renewing your subscription with us, please email us your request to cancel your subscription within the first (7) days of your renewed subscription term. We will fully refund the payment made by you for the cancelled renewed subscription. 

Monthly subscribers (Currently not available)

As we believe in affording our customers flexibility, we offer monthly subscriptions. However, in light of the monthly subscription term, there will be no refund.

All subscribers

In the event of a change in our terms of service, you will be notified. If you change your mind about maintaining your subscription with us due to the change in the terms of our service, please email us your request to cancel your subscription within the first (7) days of being notified of the change in our terms of service. We will refund your payment for the balance subscription term on a pro-rated basis.
